Evelyn got her lutefisk
Evelyn Hansen from Estevan in Canada remembers the lutefisk meals in her parents home in Hoffer, Saskatchewan. She was at the first Norsk Høstfest in Minot 31 years ago, and she has visited many Høstfests since then. Evelyn does not want to miss a lutefisk meal when she is at the Høstfest.
