Jørn Inge likes Kjell Nupen
Jørn Inge Næss is very fond of the works of artist Kjell Nupen, and he was so pleased when he got this Kjell Nupen poster from the City of Minot. The Kjell Nupen painting is the official Norsk Høstfest painting for 2009.
