After the branding

After the branding the calves tried to find their mothers, and the mothers tried to find their calves. When they luckily re-joined the calves were hungry and the mothers had a lot of milk to give away. For us it was very special to be there and listen to hundreds of calves and cows trying to find each other, "shouting" and calling.
