Suoni Wind Orchestra's visit to Norsk Høstfest
Suoni Wind Orchestra from Skien in Telemark has been representing Skien on various occasions abroad such as Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Czezh Republic and Poland. In 2000 they participated in a great concert and cultural festival in Beijing in China. And in October they will visit the Mid West where they will have several performances.
We are very proud to have Suoni Wind Orchestra in Skien. The orchestra has very good relationships with the US Embassy in Oslo where they have had performances at the garden party on July 4th. On September 11th 2003 Suoni played in a concert in Oslo in memory of the tragedy in New York in 2001. It was a much honourable and solemn mission for Suoni Wind Orchestra.

Performances: Oct 8 in Minot (ND) (Minot State University + school concert at Bishop Ryan High School). This is part of "Høstfest in the Schools". Did you know that "Høstfest in the Schools" reaches more than 6.000 students in the area !

On Saturday Aug 25 they signed the travel contract with Juven Tours here in Skien.
